It does what I need it to do. It is easy instructions on how to hook up to the Internet I didn't realize that this was a touch screen until I open the box and got it home I was thoroughly surprised at the option of touchscreen thank you Best Buy

Its a good router/modem, speeds good, easy setup, good settings, only downside is the signal distance good be better.

I wanted a less expensive computer to use strictly for my power point presentations. The price was low - but when I took it out of the box I was surprised to find the cheap plastic laptop. My fault for not picking it up in the store for a closer look.

Needed a low price laptop for misc light duty use around the house/yard. The first one of these I brought home from the store was DOA so back to Best Buy for a replacement. The tech agreed and let me try the new one in-store before bringing it home. All has been functioning well with this one. It boots quickly, the touch screen is responsive and it's light for it's size/feature list.

It's a good computer. Works well, battery charges fast and last a good time when not gaming. When gaming, however, the battery dies super fast and it gets pretty hot. Nothing a plug and a cooling pad can't help. I'd recommend this product.

I absolutely love how sturdy this computer is. I have a 2yr old that likes to flip my computer on the floor. No dents, nothing out of place and nothing broken. Plus I really like the touch screen function. It makes my job much easier.

I bought another laptop that was around the same price and it was awful so I took it back and did more research and got this one instead. It's great. I use it for maily for work. Really impressed with it, espcially for it being afforable.

I bought this laptop for my kid who is in middle school. it has been 4 months since I bought it and I have never had any problem with this laptop. I like that it has 1 TB hard drive so my kid can store tons of pictures and songs. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't come with any operation software, you have to pay to install the newest windows and office software.

I purchased this laptop because my old one was slow and out of date. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy this laptop operates. I use it for email, Facebook, some games and some record keeping. I would definitely recommend it.

Great laptop for someone who doesn't need all the frills. I use it for picture storage, browsing the Internet and online banking and bill pay .
