Didn't last long
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a year and a half of light use by my husband and I it is causing problems that are just not acceptable. We do not mishandle it in anyway. We know it a fragile electronic item and we treat it as such. However the touchpad doesn't work well which is unnerving to say the least and the whole laptop has to be treated very gingerly because moving it on your lap or setting it on a table often causes it to completely turn off. It seems to be a battery issue and a common one to many other users we've learned when searching the internet for a cause and fix. Unfortunately it is out of the warranty period and we will have to find someone who can "maybe" fix it, but I don't see how they can seeing there is no reason to be doing this (the battery isn't being removed, it's not loose, etc.) We regret this purchase very much (along with not paying extra for the Geek Squad warranty that we didn't think we'd need because we knew we'd be careful with it.)

Great laptop for older non-gamer

Great laptop - don't like Windows 10

Best Buy had the best sales clerk -- not only friendly but knowledgeable. I took his suggestion and bought this laptop on the spot. I love the laptop itself but getting used to Windows 10 has been a challenge. It made the set-up extremely confusing but I am adapting.
