was hesitate to buy new computer, because of having to change everything, it was easier than I thought.

I have a friend that runs a computer repair business. He provided recommendations for Brands and Specs on laptops. At first, I picked up an Open-box model, didn't work. However, when I swapped it out for a new one, with no hassle, the new one started up easily. It's hard to imagine being more pleased with this one.

I expected a cheap laptop for the price but what i got was a solidly built laptop that made me rethink laptops, it handles everything i throw at it and a 1TB hard drive for the price is a great buy.

The screen is large and easy to see. I usually use a mouse and using a touch pad is harder for me to use, but the touch screen is much easier.

I purchased this a month or two back for my 8yo son to do homework, play minecraft and watch videos and it's been great! No issues and he's loved it. My wife and I have used it on occasion too and it is certainly perfect for everyday common use.

Needed a laptop that was reasonably priced and was helpful on the go. This definitely fit the bill and I love the touch screen.

Overall a really easy to use and set up laptop with a great deal of features. Highly recommend it!

Out of box buy and has performed as advertised. Basic computer with touch screen. No bling or fancy looks, but does what we want it to do.

We had a emergency with our other laptop (it could not swim) and a quick view on BestBuy and we were able to not only find a laptop within our limits but find it was avalible in store one quick click and within 20 minutes got a conformation the order was ready for pick up. Fast quick and avalible...

I really like Dell laptops and they never fail and this one is great one and better for the Price.. 2 months so far not problema at all.

I got was purchased for my son to go to websites that his teachers want him to work on to work on things from school. Know he doesn't have to use mine or my wife's computer. He seems to be enjoying working with and exploring what he can do on it. It is a perfectly good starter computer for my child.

This powerful and affordable laptop is very good for everyday use such as surfing the Internet, checking emails and using social media.
