We were looking for a computer for picture storage and Internet surfing- this computer has been great for what we need so far.

Since my ex provided all tech support in our house, I was very hesitant to replace my old laptop...without that in-house support! Online reviews sounded like this would be fine for my needs. Managed to get it up and running and all data transferred by myself... with no problems.

This is a great laptop for the cost. It has several features including touch screen. Bought it for a future college student.

It does everything I need it to do. Love the touch screen for doing math with my son. Very happy with this laptop.

It's a good laptop for the money. I do sometimes have problems with the touchpad not responding to scroll or right click, though, and some things can be a little sluggish. If I were to do it over I would probably go up a level with the processor, but overall, happy with it.

Bought this laptop for my wife to replace her old one. She does EVERYTHING on her laptop. We had one issue where the power port broke and would no longer charge. Everything else has been fantastic, though. It works fine, is versatile, and lightweight and easy to use.

I have appreciated the touchscreen, the full keyboard, and the speed of response!

Purchased this laptop for my son to use for college. He loves it and it's pretty fast. Haven't had any issues thus far.

The computer has sufficient memory to perform any task and it is very fast. I love the 3D camera and facial recognition.

The computer came all set to go to work. Loaded MS Office. And we're ready for work. Can't believe the value for money .

I've never had a Dell before, but always heard good things about the performance and support. Grabbed it at a great price for a 6GB RAM laptop. But I needed more processing power and purchased a 8GB upgrade. Installing it was a tough task, it was much easier with my previous Toshiba and Asus laptops. After installing the RAM upgrade, it moves much faster and I have no issues running multiple programs at once or minor video editing. Some things that need improvement is the audio quality (sounds hollow), touch pad (locks up a lot, so I have to use the touch-screen) and the small keyboard buttons.

This was our first lap top. Came with windows 10. Should have better instructions on how to use it.This had a little booklet with small print that didn't say much. Even on line, there is not much on the general operation & features this lap top has. Over all if works ok.

Great computer and its very lightweight and fast..

I wanted a Dell laptop close to my outdated one, and this one comes close. The keyboard is not as user friendly, at least to me, and I don't really need a touch screen. The sound is good, and it burns good CDs, so I am ok so far. Also, it is thinner than the old model.

Works well with our software. Loving the touch screen feature. The touchscreen feature works like an iPad! loving it!

I overall love my computer. It can handle World of Warcraft on Ultra settings without lagging in raids. It's amazing!

It's easy to use and very reliable. It's been one year since I bought it. It sill works.

This laptop was on sale so only paid like $350 for it and it's still working awesome!
