I purchased this computer for a local nonprofit membership organization. Good computer for price !

We needed a new laptop to organized our household activities and to make tax prep easier. This laptop is a good value for the price. A bit slow processing , so I would not recommend for gaming but adequate for social media and communication.

I like the touch screen and it's light and thin easy to carry

Purchased for a niece who we have been guardians of for 20 years. With some help setting it up. She has been using it routinely and said she loves it and has not had difficulty using it for her needs. Helps her be able to communicate with friends and family she is not able to go visit.

This purchase met the needs of home use. The speed is appropriate the programs work for home use.

Great laptop for the price. Compared it to many other laptops and found this one to be the best.

I like the touch screen monitor and the size of the screen but the laptop is slower than expected and sometimes it freezes. I have to close what I am working on and start over.

The laptop seems to be ok. It's fast for some apps, but slow on others. Managing pictures from an SD card is extremely slow, but basic internet usage is good. The touch screen is a plus.

Fornthe price you can't really complain about it. Still runs well and satisfies my needs

This purchased for a business and is the 3rd one we have. They are solid machines as you would expect from an Intel processor. This laptop is working pretty hard and is used for a processor intensive program, which it handles with ease

We bought this computer for portability as we had desktops before this purchase. Now we can use it anywhere in the house with a router that we also bought for best buy. I recommend this computer as it is light and easy to operate.

I bought this computer for my daughter, it works but from time to time when She is in internet or checking emails it get frozen, we had to close everything and open again. I don't know if is a problem with the internet or computer.

Does everything expected. Price was good. Screen size is good. Exactly what I was looking for.

Only reason I did not give it 5 stars: 1 - The keys do not light up so it is hard to use in a dark area 2 - The touch pad is extremely sensitive. As a result, I often jump around. I use a mouse and the touch screen to prevent this

We only use this computer for Netflix and homework but so far it has worked great. No problems at all. It is a nice little computer. Probably wouldn't be fast enough for gaming and high speed graphics but it is great for our purpose.

This computer was purchased for college. So far it has been awesome speed wise, programming, and ease of use. The touchscreen, though I rarely use it, is a definite plus. I think it was fairly cheap compared to other laptops and serves its purpose just as well. The screen is huge! And the keyboard is so easy to type on. If you like music, like myself, the speakers work great and it's perfect for blasting some music.

Constantly locking up. (even when first trying to input my info upon first starting it.) Kept powering down & overall just sucked. Replaced it with a Toshiba that works well.
