Not bad for simple home use

Good laptop for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a bit of a problem when we first bought it, kept getting message that the laptop was overheating and it happened when we first turned it on, plus I use a fan underneath. Called Dell after it happened the third time and they were terrific walking us thru of what to do and how to fix the problem and now no problems at all. Bought this because our grandaughter had received one at XMass and loved it and we do to.

The only problem I do have, I will be typing and the cursor jumps to the above line. Then you have to go correct the line you were on and the one above.

Good for a beginner

It's her first laptop and it is a perfect starter! There are enough features for her to do what she needs and wants, but we can easily monitor her at the same time.
