The only glitch I've noticed is that it sometimes doesn't recognize when the headphones have been removed so there is no sound coming out of the speakers on the Dell itself.

I also don't like the clicking sound under the touchpad. So, basically the touchpad is the reason why this laptop gets 4 stars from me.

This laptop VERY fast. I like Win 10 much better than Win8, but still have trouble adjusting from Win 7. Not the fault of this Dell Laptop. It performs beautifully. I just am looking for a good learning guide for mastering all the rich features if Win10. Laptop has full featured keyboard and quick speed.
