    Well I can say this. I loved it so much. I bought rwo with in 10 days. My wife loves hers also and if she is not happy. No one is happy. Thanks Best Buy for the great service and thanks Dell for a great product.

    I always appreciate the salespeople at Best Buy. The person i had was extremely busy on a Monday morning,but took care of my needs in a timely manner. I depend on the Geek Squad to help me with all sorts of issues whenever I need them. They are always very patient with me. I'm an older adult and need assistance occasionally.

    Would recommend to friends and family.Easy to access programs. Computer is lightweight. Did not have any problems setting computer up. Was very simple. Great computer even for a beginner. Price was reasonable after pricing computers at other stores. Love my computer. If you want a reliable computer this is the one to buy.

    My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series is acceptable for my needs and was a good value. So far I', pleased that the sales rep. and I concluded this was the best choice for me.
