I bought this about seven months ago for my mother, wanted to wait to see how it performed. It has been great. She is 82 and it is easy to carry and use for her.

good machine for the investment. Had the most memory and works great. Only complaint I have is the mouse is offset to the left and keep right clicking unintentionally.

I just recently got the lap top up and operating but it seems to be doing what i need for it to do. i was replacing an old desk top computer and this works way better.

I use the calculator a lot but you can't tell if the number lock key is on or off. Very frustrating when you have numbers in your password and you have to retype it.

This computer from Best Buys warehouse is an excellent deal. The specifications match most machines and was a huge upgrade to my last laptop. It has all the great features. Not too much bundled junk. Windows 10 is okay. Had a few bizarre overheating warnings but so far a dependable addition to our high tech needs.

Actually, this laptop was my second choice -- my first choice laptop had been discontinued, and I'm SO glad it was. I love this Dell! I like the keyboard better than that of my first choice, and while there had been compromises in what I was looking for in the first option, I had to make no compromises with the Dell.

Although I am not a fan of Windows 10 and signing into Microsoft (it has been a HUGE pain), I love the features! I would definitely recommend this laptop to friends.

Good product made better with the services provided by Geek Squad. Works well for all MS office applications and easily the best laptop I've usedfor internet access.

I was not sure what to expect but any concerns I had were unnecessary. This laptop runs so well even with the newest version of Windows that I am sorry I ever stopped buying Dells. It is well made, runs multiple applications at a time without delay. It's size and weight are perfect. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm not a big tech junkie so I needed something to surf, check email, compose documents without spending a lot of money. The price range was perfect for my budget.
