This is a great computer. I am a college student and fits perfect for doing home work.

Tyler has sold me 4 computers the past 5 months. They are for school children who already use them daily. Tyler is thorough, honest and if he does not know an answers he researches to find one. This is the only store I use for my electronic purchases. They back up what they sell. Keep doing great things, Tyler.

I am enjoying my Dell laptop. Very simple to use. Just wish the keyboard lit up, its very hard to see if its dim out

Battery life's a little short and my disc drive was malfunctioning on my first one but Best Buy replaced it for me with no hassle and my new one works excellent

This laptop is a good balance between features and price. This is a great choice when you can't afford the top of the line. Much better than a "budget laptop".

This computer has an issue that is NOT a known issue as reported on their website. I bought what looked like a good deal on a laptop from what used to be a good company. When I tryed loading the anti-virus from the crowd I got an error. Tryed again and nothing happened. Called Dell they recommended I take it back to Bestbuy since the DVD player was inoperative. Took it back and got a replacement with same computer. Had the same issue. After many hours on the phone with Dell it was decided I needed to send it in for repair. That's when the fun started. I couldn't "download and burn" the restore iso because first the DVR burning software that's included and default on the computer could not burn sequential multiple discs. So while I had the Dell tech on the phone had him send me a flash drive. After repeatedly confirming my delivery info he Put BEST BUY ON THE LABEL!!! So instead of delivering the package to me Fedex took it to Best Buy ignoring the address ( Best Buy is just down the road). I still don't have it yet weeks later, FedEx says they are working on retrieving it. The concern there is Dell refuses to send another one stating only one per customer. So when I get the box to send the Second computer to the repair facility it has my company name as one that has been extinct for 15yrs. And my name is spelled WAY WRONG! In other words don't fall for a "good deal" by a familiar company. You might get screwed!!!!

This is my first Windows laptop and it's decent enough to do the basic tasks. Such as typing documents, downloading big files from the web, and multitasking.

I needed reasonable processing, memory and storage specs cheaply. Wish the processor was more robust and had faster bus speeds, but for the price quite good.

I bought a $1200 sony computer from best by in nov. 2013 and purchased extended warranty. I needed a new battery in nov 2015 so geek squad took computer apart to see battery and the computer never worked right again. I was traveling internationally and could not get back to deal with it. computer now completely dead. The computer bought on this review will be the last item I ever buy from best buy. I am now an amazon and microcenter customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I purchased this this laptop reluctantly as I had originally purchased a HP which gave me ongoing problems so I exchanged it for this DELL, So far it is OK.

Needs a Windows based computer to take some college courses and this computer is a perfect choice. Does everything I need and have been impressed with it.

I purchased this for an employee and it works well for the basic functions we require like running Office and Quickbooks online. No complaints whatsoever!

The computer is an ok product for the price paid. If you use the touch screen the mouse will stick and not move.

My husband has the same and loves it. Has had a few issues connecting to the Internet but may be our carrier

The best part is that it has dvd drive which the description doesn't mention. Overall grt pc for basic stuff.

It gets the job done. If you can upgrade it to an SSD, then you'll have a really good laptop to do work on.

Very pleased with our new laptop. It's got good visuals and speedy start-up.i would recommend this for a high schooler or college student on a budget.

We purchased this computer to replace our older HP. My wife uses it primarily for school, college courses. It's perfect for day to day basic computing.
