It's hard to beat this laptop for performance and value. You can spend more, but for everyday computing needs, this gets the job done and then some.

This laptop so far does what I need. I can use it for my college classes and I can remote access to work.

I am not a fan of Dell but thus far its been real good. No real complaints. But I'll see in 3 to 4 years.

I bought this computer for my daughter (12 years old). She uses it to play Sims and some basic internet surfing and it suits her needs wonderfully!!

I am going back to college in the fall. This is a perfect laptop for me. I already have Microsoft Office so I didn't need spend the extra money for it.

Bought this for a friend whose older Dell of similar specs was no longer functioning well after 5 years. After getting all the software and printers/office stuff set up, 2 hours after starting it up for the first time, froze on reboot (every time). Couldn't save it and had to reinstall Windows... 3.5 hours later, I could re-do the setup process. Repeated everything I did the first time, identically, after reinstalling Windows and it worked just fine. After 7 hours of total set-up time, my friend had their computer back. Gross experience and would not buy again.

Great item at a great price. My son loves his new laptop, and I love the Best Buy card, allowing me to pay it off with zero interest for 6 months!

My new Dell is light weight, thin and works much faster than my old laptop. The battery lasts a fairly long time. And I love having wireless now!

Haven't had any problems out of this computer works well for my father and his pictures with the 1 TB hard drive space gives him plenty of room

very nice laptop i had a dell prior to this one it seemed to be a better quality outershell more durable but internal of this new one much better

Good value for the price. Easy to set up. I wish it had more memory, but this has not been a problem.

I STARTED TO HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH MY SCREEN AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. I SPRAYED ELECTRIC CONTACT CLEANER ON THE HINGES AND IT CLEARED MY PROBLEM UP

The only down side is the dual function keys do not give you any indication that the function is activated. A light or icon would be helpful.

I've just been configuring it so far, but from all I can tell, I like it. Fast boot-up and program-running, good ram and hard drive capacity.

Best laptop that I could find with a superior configuration and best price. Dell has always been my personal fav. will recommend to a friend.
