I don't have a lot of knowledge about computers. This has been a great purchase for my 10 year old. It has everything she needs at this time.

This laptop is really good for a college student. To make it more efficient I purchased a drawing pad to make it easier to take notes on it.

Product was great. It went on sale 17 days after I purchased it, and Best Buy wouldn't refund the $80 difference. I won't shop there again.

Bought computer for step daughter she was very happy said it works great even have her mom using it since hers broke great for the family

For the price, it does what it needs to do. The touchpad is atrocious, so get a mouse, and even upgrading to 16GB doesn't show a huge difference. Btw, adding memory is not an easy thing to do. You have to take the keyboard off and the bottom, and then take off like 10 screws before you are even close to the memory. I know that replacing the hard drive with an SSD will make this fly. However, all in all, it does what it needs to do.

So far, I have not had any problems with this laptop. I use it at home for work related things.

Overall AVERAGE laptop does all the necessary, IT is not a GAMING LAPTOP, does have potential.

Great laptop when you are not looking to do a lot of game playing

I had bought my wife a hot rod laptop, I thought she would enjoy the speed of it. Unfortunately the newer fast laptops don't come with a DVD player. I bought my wife this laptop, which comes with a DVD player, and she loves it. The other laptop went to one of my daughters.

My mom bought this and gave them my number since she doesn't have one. She says she loves it

I needed to replace my old computer and found this one very quickly based upon the advice of the sales rep and I'm very happy with it!

Good so far no major issues...sometimes blue screen on start up..otherwise good. If i power it down and restart bluescreen disappears.

Able to set up right out of the box once we knew how we wanted the "security sign-on" to be. No problems with registration and the initial operations and have been going thru all of the how you do this apps. We greatly benefitted from one of Best Buy's 4-hour specials.

I don't care for the built-in mouse. But I do like the larger screen which I know will be great for watching missed television shows.

Great laptop, i have had it for 6 months now and the only thing i don't like is the battery. battery will approx last about 4 hours.

It's a nice laptop and it works great. It serves its purpose for what I wanted it for but my only complaint is the screen is not very bright at all (even with the brightness all the way up) and it's actually pretty SLOW! The only programs I have downloaded are iTunes and the antivirus protection so there isn't much on the computer and it's already very very slow. Which is irritating. I love the touch screen though!

the functionality of the pc is good but I am having a tough time adapting to some windows 10 functionalities as compared to windows 7

So far so good..I love my laptop. I haven't had any major problems yet, plus if I did my major is IT. So it would wouldn't be no big deal. The only thing I may have experience is some freezing here n there for like some seconds but it's most definitely not often....

If you're looking for a computer for average home use, this is a good buy. Easy to set up.
