Very pleased with purchase and purchase price. This item haa many features that have simplified my requirements for seminary. I am very pleased with this investment.

Bought the laptop for my son to use for college classes. Setup was quick and easy and the laptop was ready for class the next day.

Trying to make this work like a Windows 7 machine was not easy. The mail function still isn't great. Had repeated messages about a component failure, until I made a rack that allowed adequate ventilation underneath. One of the original onscreen ads indicated that it was badly infected. This appears to be Kaspersky-related. I miss Nortons..And it's slower than it should be. I should have gone with the corresponding HP.

so far so good. I have some new issues with my email. Never had them before, don't know if it is the computer or the email provider

Good but the 4 gb that comes with it is not enough. The good thing is that I bought the 16gb sticks for about $60 and it purrs now

Got this to replace an old HP that had slowed to a crawl. Lots of features for. the price point, USB3. Blue Tooth and 1TB hard drive. Will probably pick up another one foot the kids when it goes on sale.

Having some issues tryning to play dvds. Says error program and cannot locate program to play them. ? Just loaded Office 365 too.

I had a Dell lap top before and it performed well. This lap top seems to be doing fine.

Beats my HP machine HANDS DOWN in so many ways! No problems with it. HP machine has been problematic since the day I bought it.

For an inexpensive computer this one is hard to pass dvd,, camera and hdtv output as well as 3 USB ports and a minicard reader.

This laptop is pretty nice for the price! The mouse pad is a bit strange over on the left side but overall a good Dell product.

Laptop works well for the cost. I am happy with it. Overall unit is light and reactive.

I was leery about picking a laptop at first. Now I am so proud that I have this one. It is just what we needed for the family.

The mouse is a little touchy, but, overall, the product is a good buy for the price.

Since this was his first and he's 59, my brother ask me if this laptop would fit his needs. I think it's more than enough.

Average overall, Slow response at times, use touch screen more than i thought i would.

Just bought something basic nothing fancy and gets everything I need to do done, has really good quality and works great.

Excellent speed and quality for a reasonable price. Starts up quickly. Continuous running quality. I would highly recommend this to anyone that uses a laptop for any of their needs.. even gaming.
