    Resent, I bought this Laptop to upgrade from my old PC windows xp.. yeah very old. So far it's been great just need to get use to the new Windows 10 and the idea of the laptop. ..it's my very first own.. laptop. No problems so far with this product.

    Bought this for my neice as a graduation gift. It's not the powerful laptop out there but it's a great starter for someone going off to school or for your basic to mid level computer use. Has a pretty fast boot time, plenty of storage space and ram.

    Our salesperson, John Struck at the Richfield MN Best Buy, pointed this laptop out for us after we told him what we needed in a computer. John is a GREAT salesperson. We needed a basic laptop computer, and so far this computer fits the bill for us.

    Only draw back is there are too many pre installed programs that have pop ups. Takes time to remove or disable them.

    So, so nice to have a computer do what it says it will. I had purchase a laptop from another place, and half the componants didn't work.. What kind of new computer is that? But Best Buy came thru, just like listed, the computer is great.
