Good price, doesn't seem as fast as I had thought with all the memory.

4 star rating the dell is just what I needed for my business needs

so far it is working very well. once in a while it will run slow for a few minutes. but it is temporary.

For an inexpensive laptop it is just fine and I gave it 5 stars because of what you get for so little money. Not very speedy but I can wait the extra few seconds for programs to load while enjoying the extra money in my wallet

From day 1 I've been having issues with this computer. Took it out of the box and my touchpad was lagging and often stopped working altogether so in order to navigate the computer had to switch entirely to touchscreen. Next, it was the realization that the sound REALLY sucks because the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop instead of up top or on the sides. Now more recemtly, over the last several months I've been having issues with app stability (Word and Google Chrome, for example). Here i am now, a college student with way too much online work to do but my laptop's keyboard and touchpad both keep malfunctioning AND I'm having issues with my charging port. Not to mention that it isnt even recognizing that i have the latest flash and shockwave updates already. I've reached the point where I'm just about done with this computer. Getting it checked out later and purchasing a new laptop just in case this one's beyond saving.

Nice basic computer for the price. You can play a few online games and surf the net for under $400

this is serving the purpose that it was purchased for except that I still have some bugs to work out.

The laptop is great for working from home. It is sleek and light so you can carry it and where you go.

Not complex but different than my other laptops. Learning curve.

Windows 10 is the best to use. It is on the top position then all previeusly versions. I3 core is fast enghou for regular usages. Screen size is good for old guys. If there are more color to chose, then it would be better.

This was a grad gift for high schooler. She is happy with this laptop. Priced below similar laptops made this a great graduation gift for her to use at college as well.

Setting up connectivity was easy. This laptop has functioned find for my needs as a college student.

Check this product out on line. Liked the features it came with. Only draw back is that it's heavy.

The first Dell 15.6 Touch Screen Laptop that I brought home as part of this purchase got returned because it couldn't be set up at all. The second that I took home set up all right but has real problems with the mouse and I'm trying to work through the issues before I bring it back. All of my files have been transferred so I'd like to work through this.

Purchased for online tutoring. Works great and has plenty of ram for skype and video conferencing.

I buy the computer and printer as combo for my home, the combination was good for my family needs.

I had only owned this computer for three weeks and I had to take it in to Geek Squad. It locked up on me and wouldn't run. They couldn't get it to start up so I left it with them. Of course they did their diagnostic and couldn't find anything wrong with it. So I still have the computer, but if it happens again I will be returning it. Very disappointing.

I am using this computer while away from home and find I love it, windows ten and all. I almost bought a MAC because I have an IPad but this is working well with an older WiFi connection and my IPad was not compatible.

The price was good but it stopped there. The resolution was bad and reminded me of my laptop from 2001. Definitely not for people that look at a lot of pictures or visit websites that have detail. Very entry level computer.

I purchased this laptop to use when I am traveling and working remotely and it hasn't let me down. I have actually just purchased a second one for my son who is just starting college. He is very happy with it as well.
