So far so good, six months later. The laptop is working well doing everything I ask of it.

Overall, I am happy with my purchases. I've just had some hiccups in the learning process.

At the moment I love the dell laptop it's working just as the sales person said it would .

I have purchased about 5 of these laptops for customers. I will say, that I always switch out the drives to solid state drives. The laptop is challenging to take apart to get to the drive, but well worth it.

I purchased on sale and very happy. I occasionally use it for live streaming of HD video and does a commendable job. The HDMI port is handy too, I sometimes connect to my HD TV. Tough to beat for the price!

Dell Laptops are always good, but this with 6 GB Ram will do a amazing job with i3 Intel

I noticed from the beginning that it's slow to respond. It has the same specs as my previous Sony Vaio, but I'm not very impressed. The optical drive randomly disappears from the This PC folder. And at times when I'm working on it, it gets stuck on a screen and I have to use the power button to reboot. Disappointed with the purchase.

I got this laptop for my uncle.He is an engineer in Intel and he was very satisfied with it.

This purchase was a gift for a high school graduate going to college. She hasn't had the opportunity yet to use it for her studies. However, I will say that the sales representative was extremely helpful.

Have not had any issues with this laptop. The speed is great and we are loving the Dell.

got this laptop as a home system as an alternative to my mac (some of the applications that I work on doesnt support mac) .. considering a fact this is my first windows in many years am really impressed ..

Lightweight, easy to use. My only issue is the touchpad seems overly sensitive at times.

This was for my husband. It has a really big screen for a laptop. It is fast and less glitchy than any computers I have ever owned. I also like that it had the DVD player which is hard to find these days.

This laptop was a graduation gift for our granddaughter as she graduated from high school. She was very excited and will use it as she starts her college years. I'm sure it will fulfill all of her needs!

The computer is great. Windows 10 SUCKS, If I wanted an Apple, I would have bought one.

I have found this laptop to be excellent for my purposes, which is simply everyday use, searching the internet, social media and office work. I do not do gaming so I can't speak to how it is for gaming.

it is right items for our network/computer environments. good price for our budget too.

Have had only one issue, Froze twice playing DVD the first week. Never happened again
