    Excellent laptop. No problems whatsoever. Best Buy (online) was wonderful to work with, their price guarantee is real. I will definitely purchase from Best Buy and Dell again.

    I though it would be great laptop with 6gig ram, but the refresh rate is very slow or freezes up. Honestly, I'm dissapointed, I though Dell got better by now, Lesson learned. Stick to the other brands. I wish I had returned it. I'll keep it for a while and once I get fed up will trade it in.

    Even though I bought this computer as openbox. It looks brand new. Win 10 is very easy to use. This computer looks beautiful. Feels much more better than my friend's fancy mac.

    I use this mostly for text items and some minimal photos. It works great for what I need and was within a $400 range. That's pretty inexpensive for a well-working laptop.
