I had very good experience with Dell computers. My daughter started with hers in school and told me to check them out and I did and I bought one.

i got this for my mom to replace the old one she was using that i got several years ago. She loves it!!

Had lots of updated new things I needed to get "caught up" with what has been going on in the computer industry. Excellent product, lightweight.

Being a guy, I don't like to spend a lot of time doing laundry, living on a budget, I want economy. It is easy to run, economical, and efficient.

This is a windows 8 and has taken so getting use to. Have found it to be slow and locks up quit a lot. But for the money it is a good computer. Do like that it has a CD driver. Over all I have to say it does what I want it to do for a moderate user.

This laptop is great for surfing the net chatting and generally anything normal. Not a gaming laptop but it will run most games over a year old.

I usually buy HP laptops but this Dell was such a bargain I tried it for my granddaughter to use and she loves it! Perfect for her school work.

The computer reacts oddly when creating word documents. The cursor jumps and eliminates content of the document. I am going to need to have the computer looked at. It is quite disturbing. My old computers never did this. I often use Dell computers.

Bought it as a gift for my son to replace his 12 year old dell laptop. Dell laptops are excellent.

I bought this for personal use at home and to be able to work from home. It has met my expectations so far. I don't have any complaints yet.

Great value for the price. I'm not a gamer so this is more than enough for Internet, music/video streaming, and word processing. Light also.

Geek squad very helpful in setup. Unit is very fast and easy to use.Middle of the road price wise, Touch screen takes some getting used to.

Laptop worked right out of the box. It took a couple hours to set up and move files from my old system, but it all moved without a problem.

I bought this computer for my kids. They love it and use it for school work. They love that they can use they fingers to write on computer.

Absolutely love this tv. Completely lights up my whole room at night but works wonders when trying to get our baby to go to sleep at night.

I had great expectations for this PC. Dell's quality has diminished quite a bit. I'm currently on my 3rd computer sent from Dell due to stupid things (a faulty keyboard, touchpad not working), and Dell basically told me they are not replacing the computer anymore even if it is under warranty. Such a terrible experience with their customer service. This will probably be the last Windows computer that I buy, because I can definitely see the quality going down more and more each year. I will continue to build PCs, but i will have to bite the bullet and buy a Mac for my next laptop purchase, because i refuse to go through an experience like this again.

The computer doesn't stay linked to wifi properly. It does this with any connection. I would return it, but unfortunately was in the hospital shortly after with pregnancy complications so I'm past the return date. Please contact me Best Buy!!
