It's good enough to get online and maybe do some simple documents kids homework etc.. This is not a top of the line computer with the best graphics or best screen but it was to be used as the family laptop, so it's good enough

I don't normally write reviews online but felt compelled to in this case. I've had this laptop for a year now and am very frustrated with it. I mostly use it for internet browsing so I'm not pushing it that hard. The browser locks up randomly quite frequently - sometimes it recovers after 30 seconds or so, sometimes it doesn't. Similarly, the laptop will just lock up periodically and you have to power it off and restart. The touch screen is nice, but I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Dell is always good, and It was fun sorting out my needs with the salesperson.

Needed a new laptop for work & personal use. Have always loved Dell and this has definitely met & exceeded my expectations.

easy setup and generally dependable. only thing i dislike is the buggy trackpad. surely using a mouse would remove that negative bit. otherwise, pleasantly happy and at a great price. general use: office, Internet, videos

Great laptop, comes with all the preloads I need. Although the minimum required characters for a review seems a bit much.

Quick startup, no lag, everything runs smooth. Battery life is not that good and I had a lot of issues installing chrome due to windows 10. For anyone who reads this, you have to download the 64 bit version of chrome.
