    Laptop is good for basic tasks. but does not have much horsepower. wish DELL would have traded touch screen for more cpu power. Camera does render a good video conferencing experience.

    The laptop is average, the touchscreen is nice. The photo application in Windows 10 is terrible and unfortunately for me, this was one of the reasons I needed to upgrade my old one.

    This computer is fine for just checking emails and maybe homework, but if this is going to be a work computer save up your money for a stronger processor and better screen.

    I was very happy at first but after a month of use the touchscreen function does not respond correctly and most of the time a webpage loads, it goes to the bottom and stays there. When I use the mouse function on the keyboard, the pointer goes and stays in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Contacted Dell support twice over the issues and it is still not resolved. Currently not very happy with this purchase from Dell.
