Needed a replacement dvd drive upon receipt.

As such I had to send it to dell depot halfway accross the country for warranty repair. Best Buy only paid for remote depot repair instead of onsite to save some money and probably isn't used often. As such I was without laptop for a week and spent many hours on phone with dell phone support. On the plus side it has been working well since we received it back.
