This is the 3rd same laptop I have purchased for my brother. I purchased one for me and then one for my sister and we all liked the product so much that we have to gift it to my brother too. Touch screen works very well and high speed laptop

This laptop is perfect for home use. I love the touchscreen and the size of the screen. There is one small glitch with it that I am still trying to figure out. Every once in a while the bottom right of the screen will start to flicker. When this happens I cannot use the mouse, the touch pad or the touchscreen, so basically I have to do a hard reboot to get it to stop. I will need to do some research to find out why this is happening, or call the Geek Squad for assistance.

I bought this computer about a month ago, and some of the keys are already not working. I have no idea what happened, as I haven't done anything that could break a computer, but suddenly, the dash/underscore key and the control key (and possibly others) do not work. I have to use the touch screen to type most things (if I can access the touch screen, which isn't a guarantee it seems). I think with my elite plus status, I can still return it. If I can, I will. This is ridiculous. I bought it was a backup, and I was planning to give it to my kids to use for school, but I honestly don't think they could handle the frustration. I haven't had any problems with the speed yet, although it's not very powerful, so that's good. But I haven't put many files on it either. I understand you get what you pay for, and a $379 computer isn't going to be great. But I do expect that the keyboard will work as it's supposed to. It's very frustrating when you try to type your password and keep getting password errors - because the keys you need to type it are not apparently working.

I purchased this computer to use for work but I actually use it for more everyday use. It turns on super fast and off at well. My old laptop took ages to turn off and on and this one just takes a few seconds. The one thing I do not like is that it seems a little on the big size for me but other than that I really like it. I'm usually not great with computers but this one is really easy to navigate. I love that it's touch screen makes it better to "show off".

We were looking for a good laptop that had the speed and memory to do some online work. Dell did not disappoint.

Better price than the Dell website!! Got up and running quickly. The key pad has a nice feel. A bit heavier that I would have liked but I do like the bigger screen and touch-screen.

This computer is a great value for anyone looking for a new computer. It is very easy to operate and is fast.

bought this as a gift to someone who doesn't do online gaming. was looking for a laptop that still has optical drive plus touch screen, 1TB drive, bluetooth, and AC wi-fi. this one had everything we were looking for and for a low price. been about 3 months and no issues whatsoever. really happy with this purchase!

Great computer. Got it for my son who's going into high school this fall. This computer will work wonderfully for school and, over the summer, it's proving to be great for games. It had everything we wanted at a reasonable price.

Nice touchscreen response. Has plenty of space for what I want to do with it which is browsing Internet.

Good for the price. Like the whole touch screen thing. Don't like the new Windows 10 or the new Explorer.

Can't beat the price on this one. It's a little heavy, but get's the job done. Love the touch screen.

Good processor, plenty of RAM and disk. The touch screen is nice. Windows 10 is a bit clunky, but setup was painless. Nice to have a dedicated number pad. Survived a spill on the keyboard.

Decent graphics and plenty of speed for whatever you need. Boot up is pretty fast for windows, but nowhere near that of a Chromebook. I rarely use the touchscreen but its nice to have sometimes. Overall a solid laptop.

I purchased this computer for my internet radio network. It has proven to be fast, efficient and I haven't even put a dent in the memory bank yet, with over 300 musical artists and their full albums. It is also great for live broadcasting. I am very pleased with this system!

I'm really pleased with my purchase. It was my Mother's Day gift. It has touch screen also. Sometimes I use that, sometimes an external mouse. I prefer not to use the laptop mouse bc I feel I don't have good control and the curser goes all over the place. It just frustrates me! Just like all tech products, we went into the store hoping to stay within a certain budget but it did not come with Microsoft or a case, etc, etc, etc.

This product is amazing. Everything i had ever wanted. Fast speed, touch screen, and just AMAZING. i have no other words for this. I am so glad i got this computer!
