After that, my flashplayer went downhill and no longer served to play any video or image - I basically had to reset my entire laptop to get it back to working. Also, the mouse pad is horrible. Right clicking barely works on this laptop and often gets confused with left click. Besides that it's okay. I would've returned it had I not missed the return period.

Very Disappointed...

A month after my Geek Squad protection plan expired, my keyboard & CD drive stopped working. I have to use an external keyboard & CD drive which is very inconvenient! I have to regularly shut down the computer and hope it recognizes the internal CD drive. Lastly, the computer refuses to recognize the Dell power cord.

Don't save money on a Dell

It is a heavy slow responding piece and is too large to fit into my computer bag. It came loaded with MacAfee that slows down everything. It also bashes Chrome all the time. This computer is making me HATE MICROSOFT!!!
