If you are looking for a cheap but decent computer, this is definitely the best deal.

1-flimsy key board, must type very slowly, very often need to edit key stroke errors 2- can't tell if problems with navigation are from windows 10 or dell 3- position of portal is bad for left handed people

The laptop was slow and didn't have enough RAM to so many things required of a laptop. It only has 4GB, which cannot be upgraded. I have no idea why many laptop makers have been actively taking away memory ports for individual end user self upgrades, but as for this model of Dell 4GB won't cut it now or in the future!

the surface was great loved the size but it did not work on all of my web sites.

some trouble with installed apps working properly. not the fault of the laptop.

This laptop has not met my expectations. One of the USB port quit working and the DVD drive was working on day one bot then stopped working the next day. Then it didn't recognize the external hard drive. So had to take it back. It was a good price but I guess you get what you pay for.

It's okay, but slow to load. Not worth the money so far.

Purchased a new Dell Inspiron Laptop and I started having touchpad issues almost right after setting it up. At first, it seemed as if the touchpad just stopped working, but since this occurs about every 30 minutes or so, it didn't take very long to find what was really causing it. The cursor moves to the far left side of the screen and clicks continuously for about 15-30 seconds. There have been a few times where I had to hold the power button down and restart the laptop to make it stop. It will also run very slow and freeze up at times which happened shortly after setup as well. Between the touchpad and running slow/freezing up issues, I have wasted a decent amount of time in hopes of finding a solution before returning it and so far, no luck.....just a little frustrating.
