The laptop seems to have promise, but it's obvious it's cheaply made. The plastic trackpad offers no comfort as the mouse tracking function halts frequently. Returned it because mouse tracking problems really puts a damper on the whole experience of using this computer.

I purchased the Dell equivalent (overall specs) of the HP I wanted. This laptop is slow and freezes up constantly. Very disappointed. My $300 HP lasted 7 years and it was wonderful. I only replaced it because the battery was overheating (I left it plugged in continuously for 7 years so it might have been caused by me). This Dell might end up on the wrong end of a hammer. It even froze up when I tried to fill in the Dell survey!

I had the computer for just over a year. It worked well until the screen suddenly malfunctioned. The computer still came on, but I couldn't see anything on the screen.

Was promised it would be enough computer for our office, that it would run Quickbooks. Locks up all the time when we try to do quickbooks. Slow. More trouble than it is worth.

Bought this as an opened box item. I just needed something decent for school. Took it home. The battery would not charge at all. It basically would not work without it being plugged to the wall. What is the point of having a laptop? Soon after, the screen kept blinking in random spots as if you were maneuvering it. The touchscreen had a poor response. Still, I was positive. Took it to Geek Squad and they advised me to return it so I did. People tell me that Dell is horrible. I understand that now.

Computer is slow and locks up. Have to log off and on to get to get typing or sound to work. Has other little quarts that will aggravate you for being a new computer

I bought this because it was a good bundle. But I wouldn't do it again. The computer is slow.... even when it was MS8.x it was slow, now it's 10 and still slow...

I returned this item as we couldn't get a wifi signal except in the room with the modem/router. However, we have several laptops, iPad, phones using wifi throughout the home with no problems. I even contacted Dell and spent two hours over the phone trying to fix the issue to no positive results. After giving up, I did go online to see that many others had the same problem and returned them.

i had problems with the curser jumping around and scrolling all on its own. I returned it and got another one and bang the same thing i really liked it to!

Purchased for internet access. The touch screen was very slow and was not nearly as quick as my 5 year old desktop. Was expecting it to be quicker.

Purchased for my daughter's birthday and failed to work out of the box. Since it had been purchased as a gift and she had a gift receipt she got stuck with a store credit vs. cash, so she cannot go online to purchase a replacement. Stuck waiting for something to go on sale with BB. Very unimpressed all the way around and will not be buying any more gifts from BB.

This computer crashed in 3 days (6 hrs actual use). I also couldn't get windows 10 to operate. Not fun.

I have had this computer for 6 months. Computer Never work correctly. It was an open box item and I was told not to worry everything is covered for a year. Programs are constantly trying to run in the background and cannot connect to the internet. Since geek squad believes it is a Windows10 problem, I need to spend $200 to get a year of support on this $300 computer. Prime example of you get what you pay for...don't but this!!!

Not very happy with purchase. First one I purchased was returned due to not being able to charge battery. Decided to give it another try. Second one was returned because mouse pad didn't work. Best buy returned both with no issues but decided not to get another. Good luck if you get one.

System is too slow. Do not like this laptop. The appearance of the color is not very good.

I guess the computer is ok cant really tell with windows 10 on it.I hate 10 just a bunch worthless junk to make you think it does something.I was told it had a very good photo program and its worthless has no money program that's useable not to mention its slow as can be I can take my old Toshiba with 7 on it works wonderful I just thought it was slow it a bolt of lighting compared it this thing.
