I was told l would be able to download cds to this labtop. I'm a little frustrated cause I still haven't been able to.

Not what I thought. It was very slow and froze on me. I ended up returning it.

This laptop sucks. Very sorry I wasted my money. It's unresponsive and slow. I have to push buttons 7+ times before they work. When on email I cannot type any faster than about a letter every 3 seconds. And I'm a very fast typist, so it's very annoying. A complete waste of my money! I tried to enter 0 stars, but it made me do at least 1. That's the only reason it got anything from me.

I was not happy with the operating system, it appears to be a little slow.

I don't know if we got a lemon or not but we have had one issue after the next with this laptop. For some reason, we cannot get internet service on the computer even though the computer says we have internet service and all other computers in the house work fine. We have had Verizon come to check on the modem and everything is fine so it must be the laptop.

Piece of junk. Spend the extra money for something that works like it's supposed to. This thing is slow and has all kinds of issues like the scroll feature on the mouse pad not working half the time and right click does left click things half the time as well. Just frustrating as can be.

Is very slow to respond with programs. Wish I would have spent the extra money for a better computer.

Returned this laptop and purchased an Asus for about $200.00 more. So much happier with my purchase.

Had to return. C/ D didn't! Work. Geek squad couldn't fix. Store returned. I got another kind

super slow, lagging. my old laptop is faster went back to using it. not happy. called the store I was told I should have bought a better laptop instead of going cheap. I have purchased similar inexpensive laptops they are all fine. I feel something is wrong with this one. not sure I will go back to the best buy store again.

I bought this computer 6 months ago and the screen started fading to gray intermittently. The salesman said he would never recommend buying a dell computer and to stick with HP if you want high quality. My computer is being fixed for free under the warranty but I would not recommend purchasing this particular computer.

Bought this Dell computer had it a couple days and it didn't work correctly. It was defected a brand new computer. Bought on 3/21 and had to be returned to Dell and still don't have a computer. Has been the worse experience. Now waiting on another new computer to be shipped to us. Will not buy another Dell computer.

This was my first Dell and will be my last I returned it after it crashed 1/2 hour after owning it and dell said they had to send me a new windows program in the mail on a thumb drive to reinstall.customer support was from a third world country. I got my money back and got a different brand. thanks Best Buy.

Not even good. Super slow out of the box. Track pad super sensitive. Avoid.

I would buy this model again. Does not always boot up on attempt to start

The processor is Very slows and lags when doing more than one thing

The port for the charger is broken. Best Buy won't take back computers after 15 days and Dell wants me to pay to fix it. After 1:20 hours, I repeatedly told them serial numbers and that I never dropped the computer. The piece of garbage broke because I charged it for less than two months!

Disappointing. Other laptops I've owned we're much better.
