Very slow computer and windows 10 isn't safe to use

I am not at all impressed with this computer. It is extremely slow and not at all what I expected from a Dell. As a matter of fact, I would return it, but I believe I've allowed too much time to lapse. So I'm out $600 (the cost of the computer plus the warranty).

Having to load drivers, have to unload then reload.

Computer is fine the software stinks, go back to 7

Owned 3 days an.d wireless network card was faulty. Returned to Best Buy in another state. Original Best buy coordinated with Store in Calif. and exchange was completed for a different brand computer, Excellent customer service-------Poor product.

Don't like the way it loads. In fact, it won't load my expensive Office package. I have high speed internet, should be fine, but t his machine is way to slow to upload the package. I'm going to try to return it. Waste of money.

Problems too numerous to list. In summary - hangs, drops internet connection, lack of response across all areas of computer, from Settings to Google Chrome. The list continues... Bottom line - just buy another computer

Bought this for an anniversary present for my husband. Didn't see the return policy on the receipt. My anniversary was 3 weeks after purchas and now I can't return it because has to be done in 2 weeks. Wasted money.

Laptop would not power up beyond the Dell logo. I returned it. I said no in the recommendation because I would not get an open box item again.

before 30 of purchase I could not charge it returned it to store drove 15 miles one way to be told I had to send it to dell called dell they took care problem will not buy from store again

I'm sure it's not every laptop but mine cycled through the set up screen never finishing but after I gave up and factory reset it, which took overnight, it still wouldn't work

The computer was so slow I thought it was defective so I exchanged it for a new one. The replacement had the same issue. I would not recommend this computer.

Purchased for some writing and email. Was great even though the keyboard was cheap feeling. Three months later it dies while i am using it. No dells for me ever again.

Very slow. Windows 10 is not better than Windows 7, much more clunky to navigate with. The McAfee AV that came with it is worthless and didn't stop a blackmail virus.

This computer was geek squad certified but the computer stopped working minutes after it was turned ON for the first time. The computer was returned to the store.

The laptop was given as a gift, but stopped working after two weeks, I still have not heard if I can return it or not as best buy has not responded to my email

Love this computer! It runs fast, has a good screen resolution, touchscreen, and great battery life.

Crashed during setups--returned and got another one. The second one also crashed during setup. Returned and got an Apple that works great.

Pros: Works great for Email, Web Browsing, Photo Editing, and other BASIC multi-tasking. This system DOES come with built in DVD/CD drive. Not a lot of "bloatware" Wireless Internet speeds same as wired connection due to IEEE802.11 AC radio. 100Mbps on FIOS upload and download. *Your router must support this feature* CONS: RAM is borderline (but I believe it is because of Windows 10) OVERALL: This is the best available laptop at this price point as far as features and specifications are concerned.

Decided to go cheap because it was for work but regretting it now. Definitely spend a couple hundred more for a better model.
