Terrible It has negatively effected my phone operations and has caused chaos with my email Horrible purchase

I am not happy with this purchase. Slow.....computer freezes. When you want to exit a program it won't exit.

Poor performing, incapable piece OS. Issues on issues on issues. Why deal with the drama? Just dont!

Had laptop for 2 weeks when hard went bad. Once repaired, the DVD player went bad. Return for an HP.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this laptop because the sale price was so good. It is relatively fast for most tasks so far, and it will be even faster once I install an SSD. Some people have complained about having problems with the trackpad, but the problem can be easily solved by downloading the latest drivers from the Dell website (I also had a problem where the cursor would freeze for a few seconds on occasion). The only downside thus far is the keyboard is not backlit, but I knew that before purchase. The keys are spaced very nicely, and anyone who knows how to type, along with the lighting provided by the screen, should have no problem with the lack of a backlight. The RAM is adequate for just about any task that an i3 CPU can perform, but I'll be upgrading that also because RAM is relatively cheap. I'm very happy with this, especially since it is the first new laptop I have ever purchased.

Last year's model was way better comma they've really gone downhill

My 1st Dell product, & not convinced for basic buy

I wanted a PC for basic college work as I blew my old one. The i3 was a little doubtful to perform good but let me tell you it handles well. Battery easily lasts around 4-5 hours for a decent amount of load. The 6gigs of ram is helpful. The biggest issue is with the screen. Coming from a 1080p Sony Screen this one felt very bad but got used to it. Can't expect more for this price. The screen casing feels weak near the edge near the body but can be worked with. The touch pad is a little glitchy esp the right button. However, for this price this laptop is the best performannce that you can get.

This laptop has 6g of RAM and 1TB of memory - plenty to store whatever you need. It also has a DVD burner, is touchscreen, and has Windows 10. My wife loves it! I bought it for her work projects.
