Looking for a laptop that will make the transition from high school to college. This was the best choice for the price. Always check store inventory online! This one was locked up overhead and the sales associate said he didn't have one in stock.

Purchased this laptop for a college bound student. So far it has proved to be a good value for the money spent.

great laptop, easy to use, I love the numeric pad included on the keyboard, it simplifies my job, lots of memory and storage space. I highly recommend it for those who don't need to carry it around since it's a bit big and heavy.

This felt sturdy and nicely assembled. It processed not very fast nor not very slow -- just had decent speed which you would expect for a laptop like this. The touchscreen feature is good too but it's to bad you can't flip the screen over to use like a tablet. The keyboard has a good feel and seems sturdy. The resolution on the web cam is not very great.

Great laptop with lots of memory would recommend it for anyone.

I like this computer and would buy it again. My only complaint is there's a manufactured problem with these computers your touch screen will turn off when you first get it and you have to research online how to turn it back on. This has nothing to do with Best Buy. Best Buy is a wonderful story with knowledgeable employees.

Purchased for personal use, Quicken for home and 365 Office, would recommend downloading Chrome for better web experience. Set up quickly and runs great. I even connected an old external hard drive successfully for back up purposes.

I bought two of these laptops to replace old ones and they are fast and everything works well.

The worst touch pad I've ever used. Right click is nearly impossible. The scrolling function doesn't work each time I wake it from sleep and have to restart the computer if I want to use it. It's almost been 14 days since I purchased it and it is lagging and incredibly slow when just using the internet. Disappointed in the speakers, which crackle occasionally. I did like the touchscreen though. I am resetting it right now in order to return it tomorrow. I want to say you get what you pay for, but I don't even think I got that....

This Dell laptop is a real steal for the price. Plenty of memory and 1 TB of hard drive - it also has a touch screen and a DVD-R! Hard to believe you can get this for a price below $250, but it's true. You will have everything you need with this one!

From the affordable price, large HD, 6GB of RAM included (4GB is pretty slow), and the inclusion of an Intel I3 CPU w/ touch screen. You really can't go wrong with this laptop! Easy recommendation...and this is from someone who was looking at laptops for months before purchasing!

I have had the computer a few months. It works fine and I am teaching myself the new programs. I thought I had malware or something wrong. Albert at Vallejo Best Buy Geek Squad helpded me clear the history, cookies and cached sites. I am doing that at home and all is working well. All the programs the Geek Squad put on the computer work well.
