I called help and after talking to 7 agents for 58 minutes, no one could figure out what the problem is. They claimed the easiest way is for me to go to a best buy store. Is is a Walmart store? Geek squad, sucks too. The reason I couldn't use the it is they don't know how to trouble shoot their problems.

The computer wouldn't work while updating. Never had this happen with a windows computer before, and I've owned numerous and use them at work. If I could give it zero stars I would. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware!
