Worst Laptop EVER!!

I have a laptop that is 9 years old and barely runs. This computer is almost just as slow. I can't even do tasks like opening a web browser or a Word Doc without trying multiple times. The hard drive runs non stop but it doesn't do anything! I have only tried to use it a few times and I finally called Dell. They told me that it was a software issue and not my hard drive. Then they tried to sell me an extended warranty for $239. I might as well by another laptop! But it won't be Dell!! I should have never strayed from Apple.

The worse part is the resolution is poor and performance is sluggish... Better off with a Chromebook at this price point. I really wanted to like it but returned it within 24 hrs.
