granddaughter love the touch screen and all the things she can do for her school work. just the right size for her.

My daughter is a senior in high school so with college right around the corner, she needed a good dependable computer. This computer has enough memory for all her needs and it has all the features she wanted.

I did a store pick up. Service was good. It was easy to set up. Isn't too heavy. No issues yet with the laptop.

Great purchase for a great price . I made this purchase for my daughter who is this freshman in high school. It features everything she needs to write reports and keep in touch with teachers and peers.

Good laptop so far. Pretty quick start up. Using for basic home use. Performs well. Enjoy the touchscreen.

Dell puts a lot of junk that comes loaded with the computer. Take that off and you have a fine machine for a reasonable price. Expecting it to work for two years before it needs to be replaced.

Not your hitech bells and whistles laptop but if you're looking for a good fast laptop on a budget, pls go for this without a doubt Pros: Configuration - Price point, wide screen, 8GB RAM ,1024 GB HDD, i3 core 7th Gen( Yes its not an i7 but you get what you pay for) Cons: Windows 10 - seriously MS needs to look why it is so slow in booting up. I mean this is a 8GB RAM laptop with 3 GB cache memory - Win 10 seriously slows it down. Other negatives could be the 'plasticky' keyboard for some but I personally had no issues with it Overall if your use of a laptop is study/email/work/basics - this will get the job done without a doubt

I like it a lot but needs better speakers that aren’t on the bottom and it has a lot of storage.

This is my second DELL computer. This is an awesome unit; you can type on the keyboard, use a wireless mouse of even use the touch-screen. A feature that is extra on many other computers.

Cheap and not a bad laptop. Easy too setup and didn’t even no it was touch screen till got home.

I was so accustomed to using my touch screens on my smartphone and tablet, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to use the touch mouse, but this laptop lets me do it both ways and I love it!

Have not bought a new laptop for a while. The one I bought is really nice and also fast. Love it.
