Very nice computer and super fast

Love the laptop....but had issue with battery port

Fast speed, love the touch feature Got it at a great price since i purchased as PreOwned Excellent Condition. But i did have an issue with the battery port. Charger wouldn't charge laptop after a few months. Fortunately, was covered under warranty and Dell fixed the hardware after i sent in to dell..had to replace motherboard. But a few months later, same issue. This time, i recieved a new battery plug/charger. Worked for a few months more but then the same issue occurred. No longer covered under warranty. Tried replacing dell plug/charger again but didnt solve issue. I believe the issue with the port hardware. I have to wiggle the plug to get a charge.

Solid Laptop for the Price

This fits the bill. The touch screen is a nice added feature that I use more than I thought I would. It’s a great laptop for the price point.

The only drawbacks I have with it is that there is no light to let you know if it is powered on or not, which is difficulty after having it in sleep mode for some time. Also, there is no indication to help determine if the number lock is engaged or not. Simple drawbacks, otherwise, it has been a worthy and much needed purchase!
