Very good buy

The only minor problem I've encountered has been having to re-engage the Numbers Lock button at every startup. It is now part of my security login whether I like it or not.

Great laptop for a college student

My daughter uses if for college and loves it. Its quick and has plenty of storage for her term papers. Would buy another one at that price.

too slow to be new

When I finally got it home, it has proven to be slower than my 10 year old Dell that I replaced. Loved the Geek Squad.

Bought as Christmas Gift for Daughter

I have set it up and loaded the software. Service from Best Buy was good. It delivered as scheduled with no issues. Computer seems to be what I was expecting.

I replaced another brand that needed repair and decided to put the money into a new computer instead. It is working fine and I hope it will serve me well in the future.

Security updates keep on locking me out, and requires a password change, and then does does not except the change password. Otherwise when working it’s great!
