Nice touch screen. Not used to Windows 10 so hard to navigate.

Not the fastest computer, but for general internet use and running the Microsoft office suite of programs it is an inexpensive option.

The laptop works for what I need it for, but it is a little slow when opening programs and start up. Keys are not back lit either.

For the price you can't beat it. I'm a 50 year old man who doesn't know much about technology. This laptop is easy for me to understand and use. My 25 year old wife not so much. It is lite weight. Not heavy duty. Lite plastic. This laptop is good for beginner touch screeners.

Bought this for my daughter. She said it was ok, It was better than her old Toshiba but was a bit slow. Returned it for another.

Using computer for school, and honestly it's really great. The speed is amazing when downloading documents and programs I need for coding projects. One thing that can be a negative is the size when trying to carry it around campus, but I deal with it. The size does come in handy though when I want to unwind and watch movies on my computer.

This is the first time that I have purchased a Dell. The only issue that I am seeing is that the videos I am editing lag abit.
