The touchscreen feature is an added bonus for sure! Another excellent feature is the multi-mode hinge, which also gives the feel of a tablet....LOVE IT!

After spending over 2 hours on the phone with 2 different Dell techs--one who hooked up to the laptop, I was finally authorized to send the laptop to Dell Service Center per waranty. It is currently on its way via Fed Ex to Texas.

I would not recommend for gamers as this does not have the capacity for updated gaming, but that was not our intended use.

A bit slow, but not bad for the price.
