There was an error with the hard drive of the first two computers that became apparent within 24 hours of setting up the computer. The error appears to be linked to the computer trying to upgrade to windows 10. I've blocked that option from the computer and have not had any issues since.

Nice Laptop

Only glitch on my laptop is WiFi, doesn't work when it's connected. Have to forget connection and then re-establish connection. Direct internet cable connection works great. Video quality s great as well.

I took that one back and after reading other reviews, got this one. Runs smooth and the screen is huge. The touchscreen functions work well also. So far I am happy with the purchase.
