Only reason I didn’t show it as 5 stars is because the touch screen works great by hand but wasn’t really successfully compatible with a couple diff stylus models we tried for drawing.

It is not completely smooth; the laptop takes sometimes a few seconds to perform certain tasks but that is fair enough. On the other side, the 8 GB of RAM come in handy and are very helpful.

It seems to take a while to load and start the computer. Seems to have all the bells and whistels. I am not a computer savy person, so i do not know what else this computer/ laptop has that other laptops do not.

Good computer for the money

It's not the fastest computer around, but is perfectly adequate for the technical software I use. It can handle basic video editing with no problems. It is well worth the price.

The laptop did not work for a week as it keep trying to update for hours then it woulld fail and when I would open the lid again it would try to update again for hours again. This went on for a week until it finally updated for over 24 hours straight. I couldn't use at all. Now I know why there was five of them in the open box section at Best Buy when I bought it. Also I can not get it to stop the pop up ads, even with ad blocker software. I think that is how they sell them so cheap, they are installed with ad tracker software. I don't even use it anymore I let the kids watch videos on it, my old dell is way better and that is the one I use
