The unit is a bit bulky and heavy so not a good choice if you plan to move the unit around a lot.

All problems disappeared when touch screen was eliminated. A friend had same problem. Disappointed because I wanted the touchscreen.

Below are the steps required to calibrate your Touchscreen.
1. Restart the Computer and the Monitor
2. Recalibrate the touch-screen. Steps to calibrate touch-screen:
3. Go to Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.
4. Under Display tab, select Calibrate....
5. Choose Pen or Touch input.
6. Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen to correct the linearity problems.
7. Save the calibrated data.

Once in a while, the update will not finish until I shut down the computer and re-boot. Overall it is a decent option, especially for the cost.
