Cheap Laptop, but you get what you pay for

I had to completely erase the current OS and upload a new one, that took about 3 days of going back and forth with Dell tech support. That was a pain, but the computer was really cheap so I wasnt too upset... Its a decent machine I dont use it heavily only when I travel or need a quick laptop use.

It was foolproof in connecting to the different networks at the University and to the printer. Flawless operation and quick for such an inexpensive computer.
