You may want to check the Dell Support Assist app on your computer to make sure that you are running all of the most up to date software and drivers.
Once everything is up to date you may also want to check your program list and make sure that you plan to use everything that is installed on your computer. Some customers have found that removing some of the pre-installed programs that they do not plan to use has increased their overall performance speed. - Bryan

It came with a lot of features that I am still figuring out, but someone with more current computer knowledge would find it easy. Even as a novice I have been able to navigate easily. I have only had the computer for a few months, but so far I am pleased.

The only issue my has has is it seems to lock up sometimes because of all the preloaded startup programs. Most of these you cannot remove. It is been sufficient for his work as a student and although it's not a gaming laptop he is able to play online programs like wow
