I love this touch screen laptop. I haven’t had any problems with this laptop dell is lit.

I love this laptop. It has all the features I need, including a number keypad and DVD player. I use it all the time, it charges quickly and is slow to lose the charge. The only con I have is that the keys feel A little mushy. Other than that...it’s great.

This is an update review. Laptop had to be sent for repair due to faulty (i.e., non-functioning)power jack. Dell provided instructions and carrier charge for return. Received repaired laptop very quickly..Very satisfied with service and operation of laptop.

I purchased this computer for my dad as a retirement gift. He isn't that tech savy but loves his computer. Its very user friendly and light weight. I like that the color is a black. The computer does run a little slow. Overall it is a good starters computer!

For an entry level laptop with a touch screen, this is an excellent value at less than $400

The start up time is really slow. It is a touch screen, but having it as a touch screen is mostly useless. It's not a 2 in 1, so you cannot place it into tablet mode. Functioned okay after it was booted up. Ended up selling not long after. Went back to using HP

Have had Dell desktop for years. Only reason got new Dell was they wouldnot up date to 10. Got new Dell inspirion last year and my old Toshiba wonderful laptop finally bit the dust last month and so got a Dell Inspirion laptop..hope they are still made as well..

Have purchased laptops before this 1 is the best. It has room for everything I need.

No one said I was buying a previously used computer, the old owners information was saved in the system files while I was reviewing it. Also, I still haven't been told what my monthly payments are supposed to be. According to law.... You're required to do so.

Very smooth performance. I used it for mainly emailing, surfing the net and stream movies.

I was looking for a good mid range laptop and came across this as as n openbox and decided to take a chance on it. It has been good so far except for the touchpad being overly sensitive. I like Dell products, so I would recommend this product.

This is my 3rd purchase of a Dell laptop. Each new one is more efficient and upgraded. I have been able to navigate most features myself. I always buy the Geek Squad services too help with what I can't figure out. I would recommend this laptop too anyone.
