It was a slow start but after chatting with Dell rep and getting all the upgrades loaded it works well.

I absolutely LOVE this computer! It is one of the last ones to have a cd/dvd drive and it is waterproof! As a mom, this computer may be a bit heavier than those "lighter than air" computers but it is sturdy and holds up well to my family!

Performs well. Nice and light. Very nice computer for the price. I liked that it didn't have a ton of unnecessary stuff that I had to uninstall.

Overall very good no issues to report. Very happy with this product. I have had Dell products before and have never had any issues or concerns.

This is a good laptop for back to school. Fast enough to get the job done with plenty of memory. Graphics and audio are great as well which make down time great for that hard working student.

The computer fits my need exactly. I'm not a heavy computer user or a gamer. It has a 1T hard drive and an optical reader which I appreciate.

I bought this computer as a browse internet/social media laptop.. Not using it for anything to adventurous.. When I first got it it worked great but then a couple weeks in I noticed it taking longer to open apps.. Not even a month into buying it I've already had to call Dell about it crashing.. I spent 3 hours on the phone going thru resetting Windows because somehow it completely crashed.. Works good again but for how long, I don't know..

Nice screen size, great picture quality, fast processing, seamless window swapping. Above average gameplay and graphics. Great product.

I picked this up when the MS windows update killed my Inspiron 15 5000. Still don't have that computer back, but this is a good interim.

Working well, there is a delay sometimes when using curser to click on something. However, then I touch the screen and it moves as should.

This is a good laptop for simple things like school work (writing papers, etc.) but it is a little slow at times. I enjoy the touchscreen.

It took a little while to get use to the small keypad without the numbers on the right, but I like the fact I can use it as a tablet too.

This lap top is everything I hoped it would be. It has a bright screen and a large hard drive to store all the music down loads I want.

Needed help in solving an issue. Then came Cortana and helped me work my way thru an issue. Didn't need to bother the Geek Squad

laptop is above expectation great clean smooth speedy in begging and slower wen u use it daily and install alot of programs and apps

first Dell and very pleased, seems to get everything done I need and great little laptop for all purposes, no issues..

I was used to HP 17 inch so to the Dell back and got a HP, which I like so much better. That's what I had before so was used to it

This laptop is worth for the price you pay. Its almost one month i started using this laptop and i didnt find any issues till now.

I bought this as a open box item. Looked brand new. Runs good and does the little things we need done that a tablet can’t do.

This laptop was perfect for our son who needed something to do research and write papers in college but not for gaming.
