I thought I still had bestbuy status to return it after 30 days but alas, it was only 14 days and I'm stuck with a machine with a bad keyboard and marginal screen resolution. And regarding that, I asked a salesman about screen res. before the purchase.

Frustrating Laptop

I have kept everything up to date on it, yet it still performs inconsistently. I gave it 2 stars simply because the graphics are good and the touchscreen is a nice feature. I don't foresee I will purchase another Dell.
