After arguing with me and trying to charge me for diagnostic check (apparently the extended coverage purchased doesn't cover anything!) it turns out the hard drive was faulty and had to be replaced.

He got me to go against my better judgement. Long story short, it was a lemon and wouldn't even load a web page. Horrible experience with this product. Don't buy!

Save up a few more hundred dollars and get something in the $600 above price for a better quality product.
