The computer would not allow me to load the program and would not accept my lifetime Microsoft program. I had to pay $125 to be able to load my computer and then someone loaded a 365 Microsoft program that I do not want and will have to be deleted. I still have to pay $149 for Microsoft 2016, that I cannot afford at the moment. This computer was no bargain. I was told not to buy from Best Buy, but though I have been disappointed before, I bought this computer thinking that it was a real bargain.

We were using it for the ministrator purposes only Microsoft Office Word Excel Etc. Not the laptop if you're going to run graphics and video editing Etc. But a good basic laptop
