Great lightweight laptop. Love the big touchscreen. Not familiar with Windows 10 but no other option.

Had this for a couple of years now, still going strong. Good size not too heavy. And I love that it's touch screen.

It is easy to use and set up. Purchased it for my freshman son for high school. Will not be getting him another one. Considering going back today to get the geek squad extended warranty. (not sure to buy the 1 or 4 year protection??) Overall great computer set-up. Thank you Best Buy! I needed a laptop that had the old style cd/dvd RW instead of a dvd burner because I teach with a dvd that has security protection and won't play in a burner. This laptop has that and it works great. Some people said it takes a while to boot, but I don't think so. It does everything I need it to do and fast enough for presentations, email, Internet surfing, and watching movies. It has bluetooth even though the salesman said it didn't; nice discovery when I went to settings. Not for gamers, but it's not supposed to be.

Handled all the functions I need it for no problem. Good machine for the price I recommend it

This was purchased for my wife. She loves it, has a touch screen as well as DVD drive. It is fast and has a large capacity hard drive.

They said it works awesome and they loved it. The touch screen works well and set up was easy.

I bought this laptop at Christmas for my son. He uses it to play Roblox, watch YouTube, and surf the Internet. I haven't noticed any issues since he started using it. The specs for this laptop are more than enough for everyday use for an elementary age student to a college student who's just browsing the Internet, streaming videos, or doing school work. I wouldn't recommend this laptop for gaming or video editing.

This laptop is light weight, fast and so far does not over heat. Good laptop for the price.

This is a great PC. It is fast, the touchscreen is a great tool for using Windows 10, and you can run several programs at once.

This is a very nice laptop computer so far. Nice and fast. So far everything seems to be working well. I do not use it for work or anything too crucial. I mainly use it for around the house stuff. Most everything is digital and this computer is easier than phone such as searching for movies on Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV (yes, I use all 3) and listening to music over home stereo with Spotify and Pandora.

No glitches thus far. I have only used this computer a few weeks but so far it has met all of my personal needs. I am a huge fan of DELL products so I remain hopeful this computer will continue to preform well. I will say using Google search engine vs the default Microsoft Edge does drain the battery in half the time. This is a huge bother as I have to ensure I can plug in somewhere when out and about!

Has everything i need to complete hw assignnents and browse. Reliable and fast laptop. Great product at an awesome price.

Great replacement for older i5 intel Dell comp. Faster,Brighter, and easier to use.

This is a solid performer with good specs and features in the budget category for personal or small business use. Runs multiple programs and apps well simultaneously, boot time is good, display is everything you need unless you're a dedicated gamer or professional graphics designer; keyboard is solid enough. One hard-to-find feature included is DVD-RW drive. Buy this for performance, not looks.

I generally surf the web, check email and do occasional shopping with my laptop. This computer is replacing an 8 year old, used-to-death laptop that got me through online classes but had outlived it's usefulness. This Dell is a zippy little machine that does everything I want it to do and does it well. Still adjusting to Widows 10 differences, but overall I am most pleased with this purchase.
