I am very happy with my second purchase so far. As a retiree, I needed the tech support and they were excellent so far. They walked me through as a beginner and I use the computer daily with ease. Many new software upgrades from previous computer, and I now have increased ease with multitasking. This was a Christmas sale purchase and a good value for the price.

Great secondary laptop

We cleaned off all the 'stuff' it comes with and it's great. For the price (sale) it is super fast, starts up quick, no lag. The keyboard isn't as tactile as I'm used to, kind of plasticy, on the cheaper end. But again, comparing it to my monster metal 3x as much laptop it was replacing.. it's a great deal for the money.

Dell Inspiron 15.6" touchscreen Laptop

We needed a computer sturdy enough to survive 3 young children whilst also being toated all over creation. And I truly must admit the Dell Inspiron has been put through h*ll but it still runs like we only bought it yesterday.

Touch Screen is perfect for Windows 10

The touch screen makes navigating Windows 10 so easy. I would not get a Windows 10 computer without a touch screen. I did that in the past with another brand and was not happy as Windows 10 is designed for a touch screen. Otherwise the unit runs cool, the screen is bright, sound is good and boot time is good.
