I purchased this laptop from local best buy store. So far its very good and had never had any issues with it.

I bought the laptop for my daughter at Christmas, it has worked very well except the mouse pad was sticking/freezing at first.....I updated the driver and it has been working fine since. A good processer and enough memory to do most any job she well do.

Can't beat the price and it was very easy to set up.. Only problem I had was that I had to run out and get a printer cable because it is not included in the package; the guy at Best Buy said I wouldn't need one because it was a wifi printer, which it is not. That aside, this printer is just fine for what I need.

This LapTop PC has plenty of attributes to serve all your everyday needs. It came without all the junk apps and software that so many PCs have which was a real nice surprise. It is a little slow booting up but runs like a champ after start up.

Very helpful for college students learning. My niece she loves it.

Looking to replace my older laptop because hard drive was crashing. This Dell is all I really need because I"m not a big gamer. Pogo, Microsoft games, the like. The price was right and gives me what I need for normal very day use at home.

I came in with the intentions of buying another laptop but they were sold out. The sales man directed me to this one, I was a little apprehensive at first but after my step daughter loaded all her programs for school she says it's super fast and she loves it! Great price and great laptop!

This laptop is amazing the setup was super easy and I've had no problems with this laptop at all!

I bought this for my little sister for school and she loves it. Easy to carry around and fast enough to run multiple applications at once. She says she loves everything about it and would recommend it to anyone who wants one for school.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for one that was stolen and so far I love it! It is fast and I have not had any complaints. Great if you are looking for a starter for your children to return to school with.

My daughter's Acer laptop was on it's last leg and decided on the Dell laptop for a Christmas gift and so couldn't be happier. I'm a employee at the University of Florida and that's the only computer brand that UF uses. Great laptop.

Good for the price..not quite as fast as I expected but very serviceable. I had a I3 Dell and it was as quick as this one. Do love the touch screen. Takes longer to boot up ..am still working on the startup process to speed it .

My wife's 4-year old HP computer would not work with Windows 10, despite all efforts. I shopped around and decided that a Lenovo was the best deal, especially at Best Buy. However, when in the store she tried the model I thought would be best, the small shift key proved too much of a problem. The very helpful associate had us look at other options and she wound up really liking a Dell with a 15" screen - which I would not have predicted. Fortunately, there was a big discount on it that day. So we get it home and I loaded up her software. However, the "b" key would not work unless pushed hard and on the center of the key. I took it back and the Geek Squad associate worked with it and agreed it was not right. He would have exchanged it immediately, but I had not brought along the adapter. Later, after wiping the hard drive, I took it back and a new computer was immediately in my hands. I really appreciated the service we received and would go there again.

This computer boots up a little slow but if you can get past that' it's a decent laptop. I also never thought I would use the touchscreen but I was wrong. I really like that feature. This is a great laptop computer overall.

It thought it should have 8 gig of memory instead of just 6 gig. Otherwise,it was exactly what I was looking for. It performs great! I've purchased two 8 gig memory sticks to put in, then it should really be a top performer.

As an educator, I have many tasks to complete daily on my computer such as communicate with my parents, look for research based interventions, create lesson plans, and input data of student improvements & weaknesses.

I was looking for a simple computer for daily uses. This one delivers. If your like me and just check email, play music and do some web surfing this one is great for the price. I'm not a gamer or utilize any special programs so I can't speak to it's ability in those instances.

Had this for over 2 years now and it has never failed me. I work from home on it a minimum of 40 hours a week. It can slow down if you have multiple windows/tabs open. I am talking like 20 or more. It is a unbelievable machine for the price.

Great price... First two months hard drive crashed... Dell fixed it FREE of charge with no hesitations... Had to ship it off to another state to get fixed and was without a laptop for a month... Somehow, small crack on by keyboard when got it back.. No other issues

It performs well in most tasks. The real issue is the hard drive, so slow, and at update time the worst. Given that ssd is cheap, no real reason they couldn't have spent a few dollars more for an equal size ssd or saved themselves money on a smaller one over this.
