Love the ease of setting this up and getting it started. This is for my husband who is a bit technologically challenged and he is able to easily do the things he needs to do using this laptop. It's very responsive.

A very moderately priced laptop that delivers what I wanted from a basic laptop. I find myself rarely using the touch-screen but am not sorry I went with a model with that feature--just in case I decide to use it.

My Dell Inspiron has worked wonderfully. With Windows 10, I've been able to handle all of my needs, and the price was really good as well, proving you don't need to spend a lot of money to have a working system.

I got this laptop as a replacement for my work computer. I use it mainly as a word processor and for keeping up with changing stock prices online. The computer is fast and very responsive for what I use it for.

Like the touch screen feature though it can be a bit sensitive. Pretty quick boot up...much faster than my pentium...buttons are great, easy soft touch is all that is needed, just wish the keyboard was backlit

great laptop for the price. i got the laptop for my son to use at school. being a middle school student I did not want to spend a ton of money for an 11 year old to take to school and lug around in a backpack.

I needed a replacement for an older Dell. Big hard drive space, and touch screen is nice to have. Multi-tasking is a touch slow at times. Even considering that, cannot beat it for the price, Great value

Dell has always had great laptops over the years and I consider this new one to be one of my best that I have owned. It is very light with a very thin profile but still seems to be very durable also.

Nice Home/Business laptop and the touchscreen is an added bonus. It was so great to find it online and on sale, do my comparative shopping homework, then confirm it was in stock at the local Best Buy. Had it home in the afternoon. Great way to shop.

I like that the laptop is touch screen as well as mouse controlled.

I've been using a Mac for years and finally got tired of my other products/services being non-compatible. I decided to go back to Dell and couldn't be happier. The touch screen is so convenient and the wide screen is great for my aging eyes!!
